RM822 type RMA solder paste is a modified rosin based solder paste that allows for repeatability and consistency in the printing process. This paste offers excellent open time, extended abandon time and good soldering activity in high temperature applications. RM822 is formulated for high temperature applications. This product is classified ROH1.
