Our focus with solder paste is to innovate products that minimize graping, improve wetting, reduce voiding with new levels of stability and reliability.  The strength of our paste line is two fold:

1. Offering a halogen free activation package that still offers good activity.
2. Offering thinner viscosity pastes offering improvement in paste release that don't slump.
