152N Aqua Flux is formulated for producing defect free assemblies in wave soldering process employing water cleaning. This product is also suitable for surface mount assembly soldering operations. 152N is a low foam liquid flux that provides excellent cleanliness after water cleaning. It is also pH neutral and while it does not possess free acids, it possess a high activity level. 152N is classified ORM1.
