Product Description

152HF is a halide free, water soluble, lower foaming liquid flux. 152HF helps to produce defect free assemblies in lead free wave soldering processes employing water cleaning. It can also be used in surface mount assembly soldering operations. 152HF is classified ORM1 and provides excellent ionic cleanliness after water cleaning. As a result of its superior activity, 152N offers good solderability on all surface finishes.
